    This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a hairdressers. I walked into a very pretentious setting greeted by a confused young girl. I talked to an older woman (which would be cutting my hair) about what I wanted done and she suggested taking half an inch off, I consented and she began by cutting the back. After she'd shaved the back off, I had my hair washed or should I say had my scalp clawed by another young girl who was careful enough to also get shampoo in my eye and mouth! Once back in the cutting chair, I had the older woman start cutting the top of my head who was more than happy to stop and chat to a couple more young girls to explain how to part hair properly, also leaving the room again to remove some of the hair she'd just flung down her top. She then tried to blow dry my hair and kept patting and stroking my hair down; having naturally very thick hair and her doing this, it took bloody ages for her to get it dry. Once 'dry' she tried to blend the lines to which I asked if she was finished with the top (as she hadn't really touched it) when she suddenly developed an attitude and insisted I wanted half a centimeter off the top but proceeded to cut another centimeter off right down my face and clothes. She couldn't find my parting (and it falls so easily, a child could find it). She styled it so the back had a curled finish, the same thing you do with a perm.. I walked out embarrassed, with a crappy haircut and ВЈ15 down the drain. What an awful establishment, they should be ashamed of themselves. I went to my usual stylist, a couple days later to see how this so called hairdresser at 'Reds' had just hacked off bits of my hair and completely ruined it. Thank god for skilled stylists to save the day from shoddy, amateur places like this. I'd rather not get a haircut than go here.
